This page provides the product safety information for all Decal Empire products, as required by Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (General Product Safety Regulation) and the UK General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

1. Our products

Printed self-adhesive stickers and decals, manufactured to order. Our products are decorative self-adhesive graphics for application by adult consumers and businesses to smooth, non-safety-critical surfaces (laptops, cases, panels, vehicles, signage, packaging). They are not designed, marketed, or intended as toys or for use by children.

Products are made from self-adhesive vinyl or coated paper media with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive and a silicone-coated release liner, printed with eco-solvent, resin, or UV-LED-cured inks that are fully cured and dried before dispatch, optionally laminated, then contour cut. Each item is supplied as a finished solid article; no liquid chemical products are supplied.

4. Product identification

Every item is manufactured to order. Your order number is the product and batch reference; it appears on your dispatch note and on the outer packaging label. Please quote it in any product safety enquiry.

5. Safety information

EN WARNING: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts and thin film may present a choking or suffocation hazard. Not a toy. Do not apply to skin. Do not place over vehicle lights, windows, or safety markings.

DE ACHTUNG: Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 3 Jahren. Kleinteile und dünne Folie können eine Erstickungsgefahr darstellen. Kein Spielzeug. Nicht auf die Haut aufbringen. Nicht über Fahrzeugleuchten, Scheiben oder Sicherheitsmarkierungen anbringen.

FR ATTENTION : Ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 3 ans. Les petites pièces et le film mince présentent un risque d'étouffement. Ceci n'est pas un jouet. Ne pas appliquer sur la peau. Ne pas poser sur les feux, vitres ou marquages de sécurité des véhicules.

ES ADVERTENCIA: No apto para niños menores de 3 años. Las piezas pequeñas y la lámina fina pueden presentar riesgo de asfixia. No es un juguete. No aplicar sobre la piel. No colocar sobre luces, ventanillas o señalizaciones de seguridad de vehículos.

IT AVVERTENZA: Non adatto a bambini di età inferiore a 3 anni. Le parti piccole e la pellicola sottile possono presentare rischio di soffocamento. Non è un giocattolo. Non applicare sulla pelle. Non applicare su luci, finestrini o segnaletica di sicurezza dei veicoli.
