What is the quality of the stickers?
We use high-quality, durable materials from well known brands such as 3M, Substance and General Formulations to ensure your stickers look great and last long.
We also use ECO-Solvent ink so your sticker will stay vibrant for years even in direct sunlight.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes, we provide digital proofs for your approval to ensure the design meets your expectations.
You should receive these within a few hours of purchasing during working hours.
You are free to make changes to the cutline if you are not happy.
How should I set up my artwork for the best quality print?
For the best quality print, ensure your artwork is set up at a minimum of 300dpi at the desired sticker size. We recommend using a vector file for sharper details. If you’re unsure, you can use our downloadable template available on the product page.
Acceptable file formats include JPG, PDF, PSD, PNG, AI. Remember to outline fonts and embed images in Illustrator files, or export them to PDF.
It is important to note that we can work with most formats. We aim to take the hassle out of file setup and will do most of the technical stuff for you.
What are the printing and delivery times?
Our standard turnaround time is 2 working days for most orders.
If your order contains more than 1000 stickers then we will aim to dispatch within 1 working week. If we require longer then we will be in-touch.
You can also request that your order be with you before a certain date and we will aim to get them to you by then at no extra charge.
Are the stickers waterproof/weatherproof?
Yes, our stickers are designed to be resistant to weather conditions.
Our stickers resists mild acids, mild alkalis, solvents, and salts. Excellent resistance to water, including immersion.
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
Absolutely! We can provide sample prints to ensure your satisfaction before a larger order.
What is your return/refund policy?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with the quality then reach out to us. We will provide assistance and re-print the order if required. If you are still not happy then we will provide a full refund.
