Will I get to see what my sticker looks like before you print it?

Absolutely. Every custom order comes with a free digital proof. Once you upload your artwork, our team will trace the exact cut lines and send you a proof to review. We won't hit "print" until you are 100% happy with how it looks. Please be aware that our sticker will always print a little darker and more vibrant than shown.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept almost all standard image formats! For the absolute sharpest print, we recommend vector files (.AI, .SVG, .EPS, or .PDF) or high-resolution images (.PNG, .JPG, .PSD) at 300 DPI. If your image has a transparent background, a .PNG is perfect. Don't worry if your file isn't flawless, our team will review it and make sure it's print-ready.

Can my artwork go right to the edge, or does it need a white border?

It can do either! By default, we usually leave a narrow border (white, or a custom color of your choice) around the edge to protect the artwork and make the sticker pop. However, if you want your design to bleed completely off the edge of the cut line, just let us know in your order notes. Please be aware that for a full bleed design we will need a 2mm thicker border in order to fit in the cutline.

When will I see a proof, and how fast do you print?

We’ll email your free digital proof within 24 hours of your order (usually much faster). Once you hit approve, your stickers go straight to print and dispatch within 2–5 business days. Need changes? We offer unlimited revisions until your cut line is exactly what you want.
